The Embassy of Monaco in London welcomed the Monaco Economic Board on Tuesday 13 March for an event hosted in partnership with Global Family Office Community. Global Family Office Community is a specialised agency offering advice and support to the Family Office community in areas such as recruitment, events, practical information and supplier directories. Founded by Mr Vahe Vartanian in 2011 and having encountered a big success, the agency quickly moved from an online portal to becoming a brand dedicated to the comprehensive management of Family Offices.

The event’s guests were UK based entrepreneurs and Family Office professionals. Some guests were particularly interested in relocating in the Principality. Indeed as some “non dom” residents have been living in the UK for more than 17 years, they now have to consider alternative relocation plans. The guests were able to ask questions to the speakers on the advantages of Monaco and on the procedure to settle in the Principality.

The Ambassador gave a speech in which she spoke about the quality of life offered to Monaco residents. Mr Anthony Stent-Torriani, the founder of Monaco Asset Management and Vice-Chairman of the Monaco Association for Financial Activities as well as Mr Pierre Guilleman from Barclays both gave presentations on the financial market. Mr Vartanian and the speakers carried on with a networking session which the guests thoroughly enjoyed.
