H.R.H. The Prince of Wales’ 70th Birthday Celebration

The Ambassador attended the birthday celebration party held on Thursday 14th November at Buckingham Palace on the occasion of H.R.H. The Prince of Wales’ 70th birthday. H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco as well as the entire British Royal Family also joined the celebration.
H.M. Queen Elizabeth II invited royals from across Europe as well as family and close friends for the black-tie banquet.
In Her speech, H.M. Queen Elizabeth II stated that H.R.H. The Prince of Wales had become over His career, a patron of the arts, a great charitable leader and a dedicated and respected heir to the throne. H.R.H. The Prince of Wales was also praised for His involvement for the environmental cause as well as organic farming though the charity he founded in 1976, the Prince’s Trust. The event started a few days of celebrations in honour of H.R.H. The Prince of Wales.
