The Monaco Economic Board co-hosted a morning networking event for about 30 guests at the Embassy on Friday 11th of October 2019 in partnership with Global Family Office Community, a specialist agency for Family Offices and their specialist providers. This marked the return of GFOC to the Embassy following a highly successful event in March 2018.

Founded in 2011 by Mr Vahe Vartanian, GFOC offers specialist advice and support for Family Offices worldwide. GFOC is now known as a broad resource for events, family office recruitment and is supported by an experienced Advisory Board; several members of which were in attendance at the event. A majority of guests were particularly interested in relocating their businesses to the Principality and asked questions with regards to residency requirements. The Ambassador gave a speech highlighting Monaco’s quality of life and high level of security and invited guests to contact the Embassy directly for any further advice on residency and any additional questions.

Mr Vahe Vartanian then invited all guests to introduce themselves and their organisations before proceeding to open an informal networking session over breakfast. The Embassy received positive feedback from the attendees; they stated the event had a strong focus on their specific interests.
