The Government of Monaco publishes new quarantine measures for all travellers arriving in the Principality.

The Embassy of the Principality of Monaco wishes to inform all travellers that on 27th July, the Monaco Health Department announced new measures applicable to all travellers arriving in the Principality: https://covid19.mc/en/thematiques/transports-et-voyages/

“Regardless of nationality, anyone who wishes to enter the Principality from either:

  • A country outside Europe
  • A country within Europe which has recorded more than 20 cases per 100,000 people in a week (areas marked red, orange and light orange only on the following map: www.ecdc.europa.eu)

must contact the COVID-19 Call Centre (on 92.05.55.00 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday or at covid19@gouv.mc ) as soon as they arrive in Monaco.”

All travellers will then be required to provide their contact details and relevant travel information.

“The PCR test must be carried out in a medical biology laboratory (Fontvieille laboratory in the Principality of Monaco or a laboratory that features on this list: https://sante.fr/recherche/trouver/DepistageCovid).

In the event of a positive PCR test result or a refusal to submit a test, quarantine measures will be imposed.”
