On Wednesday, May 28th, the Embassy of Monaco in London welcomed the Monaco Economic Board for an exclusive networking breakfast. This event was organized in partnership with Monaco Private Label, 99 avocats, and Monaco Association for Financial Activities.

The shared goal of these partners was to promote Monaco’s financial centre to an audience of about thirty British entrepreneurs, investors, and legal and tax experts, aiming to encourage them to establish themselves in the Principality.

Her Excellency Mrs Evelyne Genta, Ambassador of Monaco to the United Kingdom, opened the discussion with a welcome speech highlighting the many advantages Monaco offers to residents, companies, and investors. She emphasized the unique character of Monaco, the strength of its institutions, its cultural and sporting dynamism, and the high quality of life it provides.

Following this, several speakers shared their expertise and vision regarding the opportunities Monaco offers:

  • Mrs Chloé Boscagli, Director of Monaco Private Label
  • Mr Robert Laure, President of Monaco Association for Financial Activities
  • Mrs Ewelina Wasowska, Senior Associate at « 99 Avocats associés »
  • Mr Guillaume Rose, Executive Director of the MEB

Each presented the tangible benefits and prospects the Principality offers to British investors and entrepreneurs seeking to grow their activities in a stable, secure, and international environment.

After the presentations, participants had the opportunity to engage in informal discussions with the speakers, addressing various topics such as residency conditions and investment opportunities in Monaco.

That evening, Mrs Chloé Boscagli organized a private event at the Royal Opera House for a representation of Faust, in the presence of H.E. Mrs Evelyne Genta and Mr Albert Manzone, Managing Director of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer (SBM). The show was preceded by a cocktail followed and a dinner, allowing the Monégasque delegation to meet influential figures from the London scene and potential new residents.
